Wellness- Just Do It

I borrowed the air ionizer at Mom's house to use at my house. It's a fairly expensive machine. I got it at my old job years ago, and left it at Mom's. It's supposed to recreate what thunderstorms do in our homes. It puts positive and negative ions in the air, in order to maximize our physical wellness.

Mom uses it whenever the dog pees in the house to get the smell out. She says it works great. So I got to give it a really good cleaning, and replace the plates and filters in it. If I did that, the air in our home would be of similar quality as walking in the woods or the mountains.

I also have my sprout barrel which has been broke for a few months. I have no idea how to fix that, but it probably is nothing more than calling the 800 number and ordering replacement parts. Then, I could grow the most nutritive, living salad you can get.

Since I'm not growing wheatgrass in the barrel, we have a $200 juicer that is sitting dormant. All I have to do is go to the health store and buy one of their huge bags of wheat grass. If I started juicing it, we would have the most complete and bio-available nutrients known to man in our diet.

After all the exercise I got on vacation, I felt so energized when I got home. I could totally maintain that feeling if I just go downstairs and walk on the treadmill (that we got for free) 30 minutes a day.

I also have an electric teapot that broke. If I got that fixed, I could stop boiling my water in our cheap, teflon-coated pots so I wouldn't be ingesting carcinogens with every cup of tea I drink.

I'm arms length away from drastically improving the quality of my life. All it would take is a few online orders for parts, a little cleaning up, and a shopping trip to the health store.

Why do I wait?
