Instead of a chair, I sit on a balance ball when I work. I've been really working my core muscles all this time, and didn't even know it!
When I did core exercises, like cycling, obliques with the med. ball, and crunches, it was no challenge at all.
So instead of sitting on the couch watching TV, sit on the balance ball, and shift around. It works great!

I usually do four to five crunchs and then sleep for half an hour then do three more. I should buy a balance ball.
Whoa, that's hard core. I bet all the girls flock to you at the beach, with those abs you're working on.
