I found Hollandaise sauce at Trader Joe's. So I bought it, and made Eggs Benedict. Isn't Eggs Benedict supposed to be a fancy expensive restaurant item? It's basically an open faced egg sandwich.
Eggs, Canadian Bacon, English Muffins, Hollandaise sauce
Toast the muffin
Warm the sauce
Saute the bacon
Poach the eggs
Put it all together: muffin, bacon, egg, sauce (in that order)
It's really good with asperagus.
