Little Love

Shall we wake? Shall we wake? Little love, little love
While our dreams are still fresh in our heads?

Then we'll wash, and we'll scrub, little love, scrub a-dub
All the sleeps that our eyes made in bed.

We should pray, we should pray, little love, God above
To Jehovah we'll thank for this day.

Then we'll dress, and we'll eat. Pick your clothes. I'll make treats.
Get ready for work, and for play.

Time to play! Time to play! Silly boy, lots of joy.
Makes a mess, of all sorts of things.

Let's clean up, silly boy. What a mess! Let's clean up.
Then I'll read to you, or I'll just sing.

Till you sleep, till you sleep, in my arms, little love
Then, you'll realize that you've gone to sleep.

"What'd I miss? What'd I miss?" Is your thought when you wake
Wide-awake, is how you try to keep.

Let's go out, let's go out, little boy, let's go out
Let's go for a ride in the car

To the park, or the store. Take a walk, or a tour
We will make sure we don't stray too far

Must get home, before Dad! Don't want to make him sad.
He needs dinner, and family there.

When he walks through the door, he gets down on the floor
You're a snuggling and wrestling pair.

He's at home, so are we. With you son, we make three
In our family, our love, we will tend

You'll be grown up one day. How will you get that way?
Do the same things tomorrow, again.

Accountable

This life is all mine
And I made this rhyme
There's bad parts, I knows
But, it's what I chose
Will be worth it in time

I'll go with my incline
Or I'll stretch, groan and whine
Make my highs and my lows
This life is all mine

There is a straight line
'tween what I want, and what's mine
Who cares where I grows
Circumstances impose
but, this life is all mine

Filip's Log

Today I woke up to Mama and Daddy pelting me with kisses on both sides of my face. Mama held me and watched me slowly wake up. I wanted to take my time through a series of lifting my head, and resting it on her lap, and rolling over, and resting my head on her lap again. However, she got bored with the whole thing and carried me out of the bedroom and on to the living room floor.
She asked if I wanted her to change my diaper. I shook my head 'no'. She took off all my clothes, including my diaper, and placed me in front of the tub. She wanted me to get in myself, but I made her put me in the bathtub.
It turns out, even though I woke up relatively early, I still missed breakfast. So, I nursed instead. It seems like I miss alot of meals.
Mama took me in the basement this morning. She's been in and out of there all day, moving things around. I kept myself busy with a box of pictures, which she immediately confiscated. Then the picture frames, which she pulled out of my hands and hid. Then a box of screws, that I barely touched before she gasped, grabbed them quickly and stuffed them in a bag and then a box that she took upstairs. It was a little frustrating, but she nursed me, and I felt better.
Leeza and Brittany came over today making so much noise talking about my hair. Leeza held me and let me snuggle.
After they left, Mama was in the other room on the computer. I found a diaper on the floor and started tasting the green goo that I found in it. Mom looked over, and said "AAAHHH!!!" and grabbed the diaper, took off my clothes, and stuck me in the sink. I liked playing with the faucet, but I didn't like the washcloth in my mouth.
We went down to the basement again. She placed me on top of a box, and carried me upstairs again. Then, we both started going through all her arts and crafts. I emptied a few boxes really quickly. It took her alot longer to empty a box, because she kept finding places to put the stuff. Since I finished before her, I started putting a blue ink cartridge in my mouth and playing with it. She looked down and said "AAhh Fil!!", which means another washcloth in my mouth.....

Harvest Time

Today, I harvested my wheat grass and sprouts. They only take a week to grow in my nifty sprout barrel. It waters them automatically 4-5 times an hour.

The lower pic is the wheat grass. We juice a handful of it in the morning, to make a shot grass full. One wheat grass shot is the nutritional equivilent of eating 20 salads.

The upper pic is me displaying our sprouts. We eat them with a little oil, apple cider vinegar, and braggs aminos.

I like to eat this kind of stuff as compensation for the amount of sweets I consume on any given day.

Garbage

I'm so annoyed by Youtube. In all my years of using the internet, I never had to turn off the screen because something disgusting popped up. I am not in the habit of just wandering around websites for entertainment.

However, a few days ago, I was looking thru youtube for 'Baby's first steps' videos for Filip to watch. One of the 'related' videos looked like a regular funny clip (not related to babies though). I clicked it on, and the most terrible language came from it, and it started getting really violent. I muted it and turned it off as soon as I could. Of course, by then it seems like it had been on forever!

Just seeing a few seconds of that video, disturbed me for 2 days. I can't imagine what kind of damage has been done to the people that made the video. There were even children in it.

So I guess youtube is a resource I could do without. It's just not worth it.

Web Cam

Hi!!
My Mom bought me a webcam for my laptop. So now I have a zillion pictures of myself, a bunch of Filip, and a few of JR.
The coolest part is getting Windows Live Messenger on www.msn.com and making video phone calls.
The other cool part is clipping the camera to the laptop, and holding the computer as I spin around the room. It's kind of weird, because you stay still on the camera, but the room is spinning behind you.
