Shave & a Hair Cut
Remember 'Who Framed Roger Rabbit?'
The bar scene showed that a toon cannot resist filling in the "two bits" part when they heard
this tune. The bad guy exposed Roger Rabbit's hiding place by tapping that rhythm over and over until Roger couldn't stand it any more.
"Two Bits!!"
Jae has a similar song that her cat can't resist. Every time she sings it, he is not satisfied until he finishes it with his own 'meow'. Of course, there's a level of resentment in him due to the fact that she has discovered this compulsion of his.
Watch the internal struggle before he ultimately loses.

T-Bone
I'm house sitting right now. We're watching my friend's dog and pet turtle.
It's one of those tiny turtles that are sold as an impulse buy in mall kiosks because they're so cute, and are not much of a responsibility.
My friend named him T-Bone, and he lives on the kitchen windowsill.
I thought I'd share 30 seconds of his life with you.
I just feel like there could be something that we could do for him that would make his dreary little life more stimulating. Maybe he's content the way it is.

MVA
I go to the MVA today, wait in line, and tell the lady at the info desk that I need to change the address on my license.
She asks in the standard unfriendly govt. worker voice:
"Do you want to wait in line for a very long time, or do you want to go through a process that takes about 5 minutes?"
I told her that obviously I would want the one that does not take as much time, but I don't know the difference between the 2 options.
"OK, then fill out this form" she says, hands me a number, and goes on to the next customer.
I guess it was the 5 minute line for me.
Until I got to that line, and learned that I actually need to be in the long line, since my license expired and I need a new one anyway.
We're all being trained to accept interactions like that.

Daisys

Aww, aren't they cute? It's a much less professional version of what I saw here.
That preceding link gives directions on how to do it.
We've been staying at my Mom's for a few days because we needed someone to watch Fil a few nights in a row. While here, I collected up toilet paper rolls, flattened them, and cut them into half-inch slices. That makes them the perfect shape for flower petals!
Then, I glued 5 of the slices each into a daisy, and glued each daisy to another daisy so it makes a cute door frame.
One could be very professional and spray paint the door frame, but you can't even tell it's cardboard with the lighting in my Mom's dining room.
